Send Payroll Info

Every payroll, simply email us your employee hours and any pay changes. We can also provide a straight-forward spreadsheet to you to help summarize your payroll data. If you need a way to track employee hours, we will set up and train you on how to use Tsheets.

Each payroll check is automatically direct deposited into employee bank accounts. Employees will also be able to view their paystubs and tax information through an online portal.

After each payroll, federal and state payroll tax liabilities are automatically paid from your bank account. This ensures accurate, timely payments so that you are not penalized by any tax agencies.

electronic payroll tax filings

At the end of each quarter, payroll reports are filed automatically on your behalf. You will be notified of any payments to be debited from your account. At year-end, W-2’s are filed electronically. Employee copies are mailed from my office.
