We meet with all of our clients either in person or virtually each year. During this meeting, we learn more about your tax situation and make sure we have all of the information required to save you as much money as possible.
Once you’ve gathered all of your tax documents for the year, you can either drop them off at our office or send them electronically via our secure client portal. We’ll review the documents and send you any initial questions we have.
We will begin preparing your tax return shortly after receiving your documents. No more delays! We’ll keep you informed throughout the process of any issues that arise or additional documents that are needed.
Once your taxes are completed, we’ll set up a meeting with you to go over the results and some strategies for future tax years. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via a video call. We’ll answer any questions you have and make sure we are on the same page before finalizing your return.
Once we finish our review meeting, we’ll send the return to you for signature. You can sign electronically or in person. Once you’ve signed, we’ll electronically file your return with each federal and state taxing agency.
